No third party bookings allowed. ⇥ Undisclosed guests over the number on one’s reservation, will incur an additional $50 per person per night. ⇥ Gas Grill - If you use the grill then you must leave it in better condition then you found it. Turn off the gas when you are done with your stay for the next guest. ♛ Guest is required to sign the guest rental agreement 48 hours prior to check-in, or before arrival for last minute bookings. If you would like to review the agreement prior to booking ask us and we can send it over to you. ♛ You will be charged for any damage to the Rental property caused by you or by your guests.

In an effort to keep our home affordable for small groups and available for large groups, we price our home based on 10 guests. We do charge an extra price per guest over 10, this helps cover the additional of running the vacation home. Please make sure to input the proper number of guests in your reservation before booking to see an accurate rate. OTHER: Since the house is two very large 5 bedroom units we allow them to be rented seperately during the off season (September to march) making them more affordable for smaller groups.
