Photos are kept current and we are always planning for the next update project so you can have the best stay ever!! Newly installed POOL HEATER, perfect for shoulder season (you won’t need it during summer, may-august) September-November Pool heat is available on request. Meanwhile enjoy our new hot tub addition to the pool deck area. Feel free to contact host to all of your stay concerns!! September to March we run the house as two units and we offer discounted rates for week and extended stays. If you would like to rent the house during those months as a whole, just ask about our off season specials!!!

Come relax and enjoy anyone of several restaurants, local watering holes, and entertainment options in the north myrtle beach area. You have so many options to choose from! The home also features a covered front and back porch on each level! Rock away the stress and sip morning coffee of afternoon cocktail. There are dining, Golf and Amusements everywhere!! GOLF: Myrtle beach has some of the best golf courses known to man! With over 100 golf courses in the area, and several of them being PGA courses there's a lot to choose from! Azalea Sands Golf Club is a PGA course and is 5 minutes from the house! What are you waiting for? Book your next golf retreat today! (p.s. if you're interested in getting 1 of the 2 levels for a lower off season price inquire about it and our staff will help direct you to where you can book 1 or both of the floors for your group.) DINING: so many great dining options to choose from. We like Bennies for Italian and Molly Darcy's for a great beach hang out.......both are walking distance. AMUSEMENT: Resource guides are provided at check in. Broadway and Barefoot landing are very popular. Google North Myrtle Beach and you will find lots of great things to do OTHER: Since the house is two very large 5 bedroom units we allow them to be rented seperately during the off season (September to march) making them more affordable for smaller groups. Peak season from April to September it is available as whole house. If you have concerns in this time period then contact the host to share your concerns. We look forward to serving you soon!!!!

MyPlace on Holly Drive is two 1400 sq ft very large units for our guests and get exclusive private usage for their entire stay with no shared access to the amenities from April to September. Our property is excellent for familys, groups up to 20 with extended stay options available for traveling professionals. Your key code is issued the day of your arrival
